- There is no account to create, and no newsletter unless you ask for one.
- We never see or store your card details.
- We do not ask about your health, and you do not need a diagnosis to use the planner.

1. Who is responsible for your information
This website (diditclub.com) is operated by Did-It Club, Lô 30 khu B2-119, KĐT FPT, P. Hòa Hải, Q. Ngũ Hành Sơn, Đà Nẵng, Vietnam. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.
Privacy questions and requests: hi@diditclub.com.
2. What we collect and why
3. What we do not collect
- Payment details. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are handled by Paddle. We never receive your full card number.
- Health information. The planner is designed for people with ADHD, but we never ask whether you have a diagnosis and we do not record one. Reviews are public, so please leave out health details you would not want others to read.
- Anything you write in your planner. The PDFs live on your own device. We cannot see them.
4. Payments and Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. When you check out, Paddle collects your payment details, billing country and email address and uses them to take payment, calculate tax, prevent fraud and handle refund requests. Paddle is responsible for that information under its own Privacy Notice. Paddle shares your order details with us so that we can deliver the planner.
5. Who else handles your information
We share information only with the companies that help us run the shop, and only as far as they need it:
- Paddle: checkout, payment, tax and refunds
- Vercel: website hosting
- Neon: the database that holds order and review records
- Cloudflare: storage and delivery of the planner files
- Namecheap: our email inboxes
- Resend: sending download, update and reminder emails
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google: advertising and measurement, as described in section 6
We may also share information with professional advisers, such as an accountant or lawyer, and with authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies and browser storage
Advertising and measurement cookies. We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google tags (Google Ads and Google Analytics) to see which ads and pages bring people to the shop, and to show our ads to people who have visited. These tools set cookies and receive your IP address, your device and browser details, the pages you view and actions such as adding the planner to your bag or starting checkout. Meta and Google also use this information under their own privacy policies.
Your choice. These cookies are on unless you turn them off. You can change your choice at any time with at the bottom of every page, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a “no”.
Storage the site needs to work. The site keeps three things in your own browser: your cookie choice, the email and name you type at checkout (held only until your order is confirmed), a review you are writing and, once you have found your order to leave a review, a code for that order, so you can edit your review later. To show prices in your currency and the legal information for your country, the site works out your country from your IP address and your browser’s time zone and language settings. We do not store that. You can clear browser storage at any time in your browser settings.
The Paddle checkout sets its own cookies to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
7. Where your information is processed
Did-It Club is run from Vietnam, and the companies listed above store information in the United States and other countries. These countries may have different data protection rules from yours. Where the law requires it, transfers are covered by approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep it
- Order records and your checkout email: for as long as we offer lifetime updates, because we need your email to deliver them, and for as long as tax and accounting law requires
- Reviews: until you delete them or ask us to remove them
- A request to stop review emails: for good, so we never ask that address again
- Emails you send us: up to 2 years after our last message
- Newsletter sign-up: until you unsubscribe
- Technical logs: up to 30 days
9. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop or limit how we use it, or object to a use based on our legitimate interests
- send your information to you or to another company in a portable format
- withdraw a consent you gave, including by deleting a review or unsubscribing
Write to hi@diditclub.com. We answer within one month, and it is free. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you ask us to delete your checkout email, we can no longer send you lifetime updates.
10. Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to protect your information. Download links are personal to your order. No online service can promise perfect security, but we will tell you and the relevant authority if a breach affects you and the law requires it.
11. Children
The planner is made for adults. The shop is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we email customers before it takes effect.
