Terms of use

1. Who we are

This website (diditclub.com) and the Did-It Club Planner are operated by Did-It Club (“we”, “us”), Lô 30 khu B2-119, KĐT FPT, P. Hòa Hải, Q. Ngũ Hành Sơn, Đà Nẵng, Vietnam. When you buy the planner, you enter into these terms with us.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the planner.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order.

3. What you are buying

The Did-It Club Planner is a digital product delivered as PDF files. One purchase includes:

• the 2027 dated edition and the undated edition
• Sunday-start and Monday-start versions of each
• all 9 colorways
• the bonus covers shown on the shop page
• free lifetime updates and a member price on new editions (section 7)

Nothing physical is shipped. To use the planner you need a tablet and a PDF note-taking app that supports hyperlinks. Neither is included. The planner is tested in GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo and Samsung Notes. It does not work in OneNote or on Kindle Fire tablets. App makers can change how their apps handle PDFs and links, so we cannot guarantee every app, device or future app version.

4. Price, payment and taxes

The planner is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no account to create.

Payment is taken by Paddle. The price, currency and any sales tax, VAT or GST shown at checkout are what you pay. Prices shown elsewhere on the site in a currency other than US dollars are converted for your convenience and may differ slightly from the checkout total. Payment, billing and tax terms are set out in Paddle’s Buyer Terms, which apply to your order.

We may change prices or offers at any time. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.

5. Delivery

Your download link is sent to the email address you give at checkout as soon as payment is confirmed. Please check that address carefully. If nothing has arrived within an hour, look in your spam folder, then write to info@diditclub.com and we will send it again.

6. No refunds once you have access

Once your purchase is complete and you have access to the files, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations.

By completing checkout, you ask for the planner to be made available immediately.

This does not affect rights that the law does not allow us to remove, such as your rights if the files are faulty or not as described. The full rule, the exceptions and how to make a request are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Lifetime updates, new editions and founding members

Lifetime updates. Updates to the edition you bought, including the templates and sticker book that come with it, are free for as long as we offer the Did-It Club Planner. That covers corrections, improvements and any pages, templates, stickers or covers we add to that edition. We email them to the address you bought with, and you can also get them by entering that address under “Already in the club?” on our website.

New editions. Each new dated year, such as the 2028 planner, is a new product with its own price. If you bought the planner on diditclub.com, you can buy each new edition at 20% off its normal price. When a new edition is ready, we email the address you bought with; enter that same address under “Already in the club?” to get your member price. Only the email address on your original order is accepted.

Founding members. Everyone who buys the Did-It Club Planner on diditclub.com on or before January 31, 2027 is a founding member and gets the 2028 edition free when it is released, instead of the 20% member price. Later editions are at the member price.

Updates, the member price and the founding-member edition are tied to your original order and cannot be transferred to another person or email address. They end if that order is refunded or charged back, or if your license is cancelled under section 12. They do not include products we sell separately, such as additional sticker or template packs, or apps.

8. Your license

When you buy the planner we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. One purchase covers one person.

You may:

• keep and use the files on all of your own devices
• print pages for your own use
• keep a backup copy

You may not:

• share, give away, lend or forward the files or your download link
• resell, sublicense or redistribute the planner, in whole or in part
• post the files where other people can download them
• edit, copy or repackage the planner to make something you sell or give away
• use the planner commercially

Planning with a partner, friend or co-worker? Each person needs their own copy.

Therapists, coaches, teachers, health and wellness practitioners and businesses who want to use the planner with clients, patients, students or staff need our written permission first. Ask at hi@diditclub.com.

9. Ownership

The planner, its design, artwork, text, layouts and files, and the Did-It Club name, logo and website, belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a copy gives you the license in section 8. It does not give you ownership of the design.

10. Reviews

Reviews on our site come from people who bought the planner. If you leave one:

• it must be your honest opinion and your own words and photos
• it is public, so do not include personal or health details you are not comfortable sharing
• you allow us to show it on our website, in our shop listings and in our marketing, with the name you chose to display
• you can ask us to edit or delete it at any time

We never pay for reviews or reward only positive ones. We may decline or remove a review that is unlawful, abusive, off-topic, spam, or that includes someone else’s personal information.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website or the planner for anything unlawful
• commit fraud, send spam or place orders with payment details that are not yours
• infringe our intellectual property or anyone else’s
• interfere with the security or operation of the website, including by introducing malware, probing or bypassing protections, or scraping content or files by automated means

12. Suspension and cancellation

We may suspend or cancel your license, your download links and your access to lifetime updates if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if your payment fails, is reversed or is charged back, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or a security risk. Cancellation for these reasons does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Not medical advice

The planner is a tool for organizing your days. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, therapy or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. We do not promise any particular result from using it. You do not need a diagnosis of any kind to use it.

14. Our responsibility to you

We work to keep the website and download links available, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Except for the rights described in section 15, the planner and the website are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows:

• we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits
• our total liability to you for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order

15. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you. This includes your rights as a consumer if digital content is faulty or not as described.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
