Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped, so there is no postage and nothing to wait for.
Your planner arrives as soon as you pay: the download buttons appear on the thank-you page, and the same link lands in your inbox in about a minute.
1. What you get
The Did-It Club Planner is a set of PDF files: 2027 and undated, Sunday and Monday start, in all 9 colorways, plus the bonus templates, stickers and covers. You open them in the note-taking app you already use, such as GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes, Xodo or Noteshelf. There is no app to install and no account to create.
2. How it is delivered
- You pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page.
- You are sent straight back to our thank-you page, where your download buttons appear.
- We email your download link to the address you gave at checkout. Each copy in your order gets its own link.
Download the files in a web browser, then import the PDF into your app and open Start here. The FAQ has the details for each app.
3. What delivery costs
Delivery is free and the same everywhere: the price you see at checkout is all you pay, with any sales tax, VAT or GST shown before you pay.
4. If the email doesn’t arrive
- Check your spam or promotions folder, and that the email address at checkout was spelled right.
- Enter the email you bought with under “Already in the club?” on the contact page and we will send your link again.
- Still nothing? Write to hi@diditclub.com or use the contact page, and a real person will sort it out.
5. Keeping your link
Your download link is yours to keep. Updates to your edition are free for life and reach you the same way, by email to the address you bought with (see section 7 of our Terms).
Because the planner is a digital download, there are no refunds once you have the files. The details are in our Refund Policy.
