ADHD Planner for Windows Tablets

The Did-It Club planner is a digital ADHD planner you can use on a Windows tablet or a touchscreen laptop. It's a set of hyperlinked PDF files you open in a note-taking app, then write on with a pen or type into. Each day asks for one thing, not twenty, so a day you did that one thing is a day that counts. Missed days stay blank, and there are no streaks to break.

Which Windows apps it works in

On Windows, the planner works in:

  • Xodo
  • Drawboard PDF
  • Noteshelf
  • Adobe Acrobat

Any PDF app that supports links and handwriting works too. The links don't work in OneNote. The FAQ lists the apps for each device, and you can ask us before you buy if you're not sure about yours.

Getting it onto your device

You get a download link on the thank-you page right after you pay, and by email about a minute later. There's no account to make and nothing is shipped.

  1. Open the download link in a web browser on your device and download the edition you want: 2027 or Undated, Sunday or Monday start, in any of the 9 colorways.
  2. Import the PDF into your app.
  3. Open the Start here page. It walks you through the rest.

Every file is a PDF you can import directly. The only exception is the transparent sticker PNGs, which come as one ZIP file: extract it in File Explorer first, then add the stickers you want.

All 9 colorways are in the download, so you don't have to pick one before you buy. The Night colorway is made for dark mode.

Writing with a pen, or without one

The pages are made for writing by hand on a tablet screen. If your device has a pen, you write directly on the PDF the same way you would in any notebook in your app.

You don't need a pen. Without one, you can type with your app's text tool and place stickers with your finger or mouse.

Tap, don't scroll

Every page has hyperlinked tabs: Home, Year, Now, Dump, Wins and all 12 months. Tap any date in a monthly calendar to open that day, and use the arrows to step to the next or previous page. If a tap draws a line instead of following the link, switch away from the pen tool, tap again, then switch back to write.

The links only work on screen. You can print pages for your own use, but the planner is made for tablets.

What a day looks like

Each daily page starts with one thing. Under it there's a quick check-in (energy, meds, water), three tasks and a tiny win. Then:

  • Now vs. Not now. Now holds five things, tops. Everything else gets parked on the right, where it's safe and out of your head.
  • 53 weekly pages with one focus and a row for each day, and 12 monthly calendars.
  • Wins and habits. Five habit trackers a month, where missed days are just blank dots, and a tiny-win jar with 20 marbles a month.
  • Brain dump and fresh start pages, so coming back after a break means starting from today.

Prefer to start on any day of the year? The Undated edition is in the same download.

The bonus templates, stickers and covers

The 20 bonus templates (routines, a low-energy day, a doom-pile sort, bills and subscriptions, meals and groceries and more) are undated and come as separate PDFs, one per colorway, so your main planner file stays small.

The 200 hand-drawn stickers come in 9 sets, as transparent PNGs for any app (and as a sticker book for GoodNotes). Every planner opens with the coffee cover, and there are 14 bonus covers to swap in. Place a cover or a sticker with your app's image tool.

What's in the download

Frequently asked questions

Which Windows apps does it work with?

Xodo, Drawboard PDF, Noteshelf and Adobe Acrobat, or any PDF app that supports links and handwriting. The links don't work in OneNote.

Do I need a pen?

A pen makes handwriting easier. Without one, you can type with your app's text tool and place stickers with your finger or mouse.

How do I use the sticker PNGs on Windows?

The transparent sticker PNGs come as a ZIP file. Extract it in File Explorer, then add the stickers you want with your app's image tool.

Does it work on a laptop without a touchscreen?

Yes, in any of those apps. It's made for writing on a tablet screen, though, so a pen or touchscreen makes it much easier to use.

Can I use it on Windows and another device?

Yes, on all of your own devices. It's a personal license: one copy is for one person, so everyone who uses it needs their own.
